for days not enjoyed, if you need to cancel due to a justified reason.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<h2>What does the cancellation insurance cover?<\/h2>\n<p>The cancellation insurance is optional and covers three specific documented situations that require the participant to cancel the trip before it begins or leave during the activity:<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"natu-s-grid\">\n\n<div class=\"natu-s-card\">\n<div class=\"ico\">&#x1f3e5;<\/div>\n<h4>Serious illness or accident<\/h4>\n<p>Death, serious illness, or severe bodily injury of the insured person or a first- or second-degree family member (parents, siblings, grandparents), requiring hospitalisation or medically prescribed rest within the 12 days prior to the trip.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"natu-s-card\">\n<div class=\"ico\">&#x1f4bc;<\/div>\n<h4>Redundancy<\/h4>\n<p>Dismissal from employment of the insured person&#39;s parents or guardians. This does not cover the natural end of an employment contract or failure to pass a probationary period.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"natu-s-card\">\n<div class=\"ico\">&#x1f69a;<\/div>\n<h4>Workplace relocation<\/h4>\n<p>Transfer of the parents&#39; or guardians&#39; place of work requiring a change of home address during the dates of the trip, at the employer&#39;s request, notified after the insurance was taken out.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<h2>Refund amounts<\/h2>\n<p>If the cancellation is covered by the insurance, Natuaventura will process the refund according to the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"natu-s-amount\">\n<strong>&#x2705; Full cancellation before departure<\/strong>\nThe full cost of the camp will be refunded, minus the price of the insurance (&euro;20).\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"natu-s-amount\">\n<strong>&#x2705; Trip cut short after it has started<\/strong>\nA proportional refund will be issued for the days not enjoyed, minus the cost of the insurance.\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"natu-s-warn-box\">\n<h3>&#x26a0;&#xfe0f; Specific exclusions<\/h3>\n<p>The insurance does NOT cover cancellations caused by:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Any circumstances known to the insured person <em>before<\/em> taking out the policy that could lead to cancellation.<\/li>\n<li>Chronic or pre-existing medical conditions of the insured person or their family members.<\/li>\n<li>Epidemics, pandemics, medical quarantine, and pollution, whether at the destination or at home.<\/li>\n<li>War (declared or otherwise), riots, civil unrest, and acts of terrorism.<\/li>\n<li>Expulsion of the participant once the trip has begun due to breach of the camp&#39;s general rules.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\n<h2>How to take out and use the insurance<\/h2>\n\n<div class=\"natu-s-howto\">\n\n<div class=\"natu-s-step\">\n<div class=\"num\">1<\/div>\n<h3>Take out the insurance<\/h3>\n<p>You can take it out through our booking management system or by calling us directly.<\/p>\n<div class=\"contact\">\n<a href=\"tel:+34917140636\">&#x1f4de; 91 714 06 36<\/a>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"natu-s-deadline\">&#x23f0; Deadline: until the close of the camp&#39;s registration period.
