2. DURATION AND SCOPE<\/h3>\n
The validity period of this Promotion will be between 1 October 2025 and 26 June 2026, the date of the ONCE draw.<\/p>\n
This promotion is aimed at individuals who purchase tickets from a participant in school trips organised by Natuaventura.<\/p>\n
To benefit from this Promotion, participants must be of legal age. If the ticket holder is a minor, the consent of their parents, guardians, or legal representative will be required, both to purchase the ticket and to claim the Prize.<\/p>\n
This Promotion is valid throughout Spanish territory.<\/p>\n
3. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION<\/h3>\n
All individuals of any nationality who meet the following requirements may take part in this promotional draw:<\/p>\n
1. At the time of the draw, participants must be of legal age, or minors authorised by their parents or legal guardians.<\/p>\n
2. Must be habitually resident in Spain.<\/p>\n
3. Must be in possession of one of the original and valid 2025\/2026 draw tickets, which will be distributed by Natuaventura’s clients.<\/p>\n
Tickets that have been amended, torn, or damaged will not be valid; participants must also indicate where they purchased the ticket in order to prevent fraud.<\/p>\n
4. MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION<\/h3>\n
The Promotion works as follows:<\/p>\n
Natuaventura will send the tickets assigned to each client once the trip booking deposit has been paid. The tickets will be numbered consecutively and uniquely from number 00000 to number 99,999, both inclusive.<\/p>\n
The client may sell the tickets to any individual of legal age.<\/p>\n
The value of each ticket will be a donation for the amount stipulated on the ticket itself, and the total amount collected by the client will be for their own benefit to help finance their trip.<\/p>\n
A participant may enter the draw as many times as the number of tickets they hold.<\/p>\n
The holder of the ticket whose number matches in all digits the winning number of the ONCE draw on Friday 26 June 2026 will be considered the winner of the promotion.<\/p>\n
The deadline for claiming the prize will be 30 calendar days from the date of the draw.<\/p>\n
To claim the prize, the winning ticket must be delivered to the Natuaventura office before the prize expiry date. It must be in perfect condition and show no signs of damage or fraud.<\/p>\n
Once the authenticity of the ticket has been verified, the winner may choose between the two prizes offered, and it will be sent to their home address. The prizes are personal and non-transferable, and under no circumstances may they be exchanged for their cash value.<\/p>\n
If 30 calendar days elapse without the winner having presented the ticket in the manner described above, or if the ticket does not meet the validity requirements stated above, the right to claim and obtain the prize from the draw will expire automatically and without any further notice being required for the ticket in question, and the corresponding prize may not be awarded to the winner or to any other third party, and will be declared void.<\/p>\n
Tickets that do not win will have no effect and will not entitle the holder to any refund or compensation. If the winning ticket is one of the undistributed tickets, the prize will be declared void.<\/p>\n
5. GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS<\/h3>\n
Natuaventura accepts no responsibility for any inability to deliver the prize as a result of the Winner’s failure to provide the requested details correctly, or where the Winner has provided incomplete or incorrect details, details that conflict with these terms, or where the Winner does not respond to communication attempts.<\/p>\n
Natuaventura reserves the right to:<\/p>\n
Justifiably exclude any participant who defrauds, alters, or disrupts the proper functioning and normal, regulated course of this promotion.
\nPursue legal action against any person who engages in any act that may be considered manipulation or falsification of the promotion.
\nNatuaventura accepts no responsibility for any losses, damage, theft, delays, or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the running of this Promotion; nor does it accept liability for any damage or loss of any nature that may arise from the temporary unavailability or discontinuity of the services through which participation in the Promotion takes place, or from any failure by participants to achieve the expected utility from those services.<\/p>\n
6. MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS<\/h3>\n
The Agency reserves the right to modify the conditions of this Promotion at any time, including its possible cancellation before the set deadline, where there is just cause or force majeure, and undertakes to communicate the new terms, conditions, or definitive cancellation, as applicable, with sufficient advance notice.<\/p>\n
7. DATA PROTECTION<\/h3>\n
Only the Winner’s data will be processed for the purpose of ensuring the receipt of the Prize.<\/p>\n
The Winner may exercise their rights of access, rectification, objection, erasure (\u00abright to be forgotten\u00bb), restriction of processing, portability, and the right not to be subject to individualised decisions, in accordance with the provisions of the Agency’s Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION<\/h3>\n
For any dispute that may arise in the interpretation and application of these terms, between the Agency, its Clients, and the Participants in the Promotion, the parties expressly submit, insofar as this does not conflict with any mandatory legal provision, to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, waiving their own jurisdiction where applicable.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
