We firmly believe in the holistic development of young people through recreational and sporting activities, and we work day after day to achieve it.<\/p>\n<p>Natuaventura was founded in 2003 and since then we can be proud of having worked towards the professionalisation of the Leisure and Free Time sector in Spain. Today more than 45,000 families and 200 schools have already placed their trust in us, and every year more than 5,000 children take part in activities led by Natuaventura.<\/p>\n<p>We are fully immersed in the sector as a whole, leading and setting the benchmark in activities such as Summer Camps, End-of-year Trips, Language Immersion Programmes, Multi-adventure Excursions and Day Activities for schools, among many others.<\/p>\n<h2>Experience and challenges<\/h2>\n<p>Natuaventura is one of the largest Leisure and Free Time organisations working in Spain. Since our foundation we have never stopped growing, and we have done so without losing sight of our principles and values.<\/p>\n<p>Today we run up to 10 summer camps, where more than 2,000 children aged between 6 and 17 enjoy unique experiences. We adapt to the times, already offering two English language immersion camps, two Surf camps, and new Multi-adventure activities that improve every year alongside all our other options, without forgetting what brought us to where we are today.<\/p>\n<p>End-of-year Trips are one of our core services and we can say that we are experts in planning and delivering them. From Primary to Secondary school, many schools trust us to ensure their children&#8217;s experience is as wonderful as they hope, and we are proud to know that more and more schools return to us year after year, showing us their gratitude and satisfaction.<\/p>\n<h2>How we work<\/h2>\n<p>At Natuaventura we work every day without losing sight of our primary goal: the education of children through recreational activities. The secret behind our work and our growth is nothing other than dedication, commitment and professionalism.<br \/>\nWe know that, just like the children we work with, we are in a constant process of learning. We adapt to changing times and to the needs of each client and each individual, so that the experience with us is unique and unrepeatable.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Trust<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Client satisfaction goes far beyond a well-delivered service. The suppliers, schools, local councils and families who have worked with us know that our work is truly professional and personal. They come back to us time and again and build bonds that go beyond the commercial. We never forget that we work with the most precious thing families have: their children.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Quality<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>We strive for excellence in every activity we carry out, with professional, committed and continuously developing teams. We never settle for nine when we can offer ten. We provide complete, comprehensive experiences and our greatest added value is the personal attention we give to each of our clients and each of our children.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Our team<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Today we have a team of more than 200 monitors and coordinators in Leisure and Free Time, all of them fully qualified. We are firmly convinced that they are our greatest asset and we make sure they know it. We understand that working with children requires a great deal of vocation, and we are committed to ensuring that our team never loses its motivation or enthusiasm when working with young people.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Personalised attention and comprehensive management<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>We have extensive experience in delivering our services, but we always strive to maintain a personal approach with our clients. From the very first contact through to the end of the service, we make sure the experience is as comfortable and complete as possible, and we are aware that communication is one of the foundations of our services. We work with people, never with numbers.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Professionalism<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>We have worked, we work, and we will continue to work towards professionalising the Leisure and Free Time sector. We know we carry a great responsibility and we work to fulfil it in the best way possible.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Solidarity<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>We are realistic and we know we live in a globalised world. We take our values-based education one step further and try to lead by example. To this end, we fund and run a summer camp in Mozambique every year with the Khanimambo ation, so that those children also have the opportunity to enjoy a unique experience.<\/p>\n<h2>Non-formal education, our reason for being<\/h2>\n<p>We never forget who we are and what led us to embark on this path in Leisure and Free Time. We want to offer children and young people learning and educational enrichment through active participation and recreational and sporting activities. Without neglecting any educational or developmental aspect for children and teenagers, these are some of the values we firmly believe in when it comes to educating through play, fun and community life.<\/p>\n<h3>Respect<\/h3>\n<p>Respect is the leitmotif we repeat when working with our young participants, encompassing mutual respect among peers, respect for materials and facilities as well as for the natural environment, respect for monitors and all those who work in our activities, and respect for the rules, which are always established to create a framework of coexistence that allows activities to be as positive as possible for participants.
