Over thirteen days, games at the facility are combined with excursions to nearby locations, allowing participants to immerse themselves in the beauty of the Sierra de Gredos<\/a>. With a dynamic programme, the day includes morning, afternoon and evening activities (evening event), followed by moments of relaxation and fun.     Multiadventure Activities at the Navarredonda Camp<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    At a multiadventure camp, the wide variety of activities challenges our limits, confronting us with unexpected fears<\/strong> and challenges<\/strong>. From archery to zip wires, every experience drives personal growth. We love watching children and teenagers gain confidence<\/strong> and adapt to a very intense and exciting routine.<\/p>\n

    We make the most of every day with plenty of excursions, understanding that this time of year is eagerly awaited<\/strong> by both participants and monitors alike. The magic of camp lies in surpassing expectations and creating unforgettable memories.<\/p>\n

    There are endless multiadventure activities that can be done at a camp, but the ones that never fail at Navarredonda are:<\/p>\n

    Ropes Course<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    It is one of the most enjoyable<\/strong> activities, and one in which campers learn a great deal about themselves and overcome fears.<\/p>\n

    This activity is an excursion in itself, as they visit the Pinos Cimeros<\/em> facility after a short route through an incomparable landscape. At the ropes course they tackle monkey bars, bear crawls, zip wires and climbing, among many other adventures.<\/p>\n

    The ropes course makes use of the trees<\/strong> themselves as components of the multiadventure circuit. It is also worth mentioning that the activity is supervised by specialist monitors<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    However, the camp’s own monitors also attend, participating<\/strong> and helping<\/strong> the activity coordinators. Each age group completes a circuit adapted<\/strong> to their ability, with all the necessary safety<\/strong> protocols in place to ensure that fun always takes place within a safe environment.<\/p>\n

    Archery<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Another standout multiadventure activity is archery. In it, boys and girls will practise their aim and get to feel like true archers<\/strong> for a day.<\/p>\n

    It is much harder than it looks, but everything is about giving it a go and learning!<\/p>\n

    Horse Riding<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Another activity that really stands out and that campers love is horse riding<\/strong>. These offer a different way to enjoy the Sierra de Gredos<\/a> surroundings, as well as being a unique experience for boys and girls.<\/p>\n

    Many of those attending the Navarredonda summer camp for the first time have never had contact with horses before. For this reason, horse riding is one of the activities that participants enjoy most<\/strong>. The rides are guided by a team of professional<\/strong> monitors who work with horses on a daily basis. The feeling of riding a horse and exploring different areas has a lasting effect on young people’s memories.<\/p>\n

    Gymkhanas<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Excitement and team spirit in the famous<\/strong> and time-honoured<\/strong> gymkhanas \u2014 original, inclusive, unpredictable and never disappointing year after year.<\/p>\n

    Some of the gymkhanas that have been a big hit at our camps<\/a> lately are Save the Egg<\/em><\/strong>, in which campers compete to gather materials to build a fortress protecting the egg from the final impact (at some camps we are starting to swap the egg for a water balloon, so as not to waste food).<\/p>\n

    And Holi Life<\/em><\/strong>, the famous colour powder<\/strong> race. Rather than a race, we set up various circuits and challenges that campers must complete before facing a final battle between groups, which consists of throwing the powder at each other.<\/p>\n

    It is a moment that everyone thoroughly enjoys and that produces some brilliant photos<\/strong>. Everyone wins in the end!<\/p>\n

    Natural Pools, Rivers and Rock Pools of the Sierra de Gredos \u2014 Pozo de las Paredes<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    The natural pools of the Sierra de Gredos are true hidden gems<\/strong>, offering campers an oasis of freshness<\/strong> and tranquillity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    These natural wonders are the perfect place to relax after a day of routes. Here, young people can enjoy swimming in pure<\/strong> and crystal-clear<\/strong> waters, surrounded by a serene and majestic landscape.<\/p>\n

    These moments of tranquillity in nature not only give us a sense of relaxation, but also an opportunity for introspection and connection<\/strong> with the natural environment and the people around us.<\/p>\n

    They are ideal for embarking on a hike<\/strong> to reach them and ending the day in what is truly an unforgettable summer moment. For many, sun<\/strong>, water<\/strong> and friends<\/strong> is all that is needed to be happy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    POZO DE LAS PAREDES<\/strong><\/a><\/h4>\n

    During the camp we visit several pools; however, the undisputed favourite is the natural pools of Pozo de las Paredes<\/strong>, a large pool covered by a Roman bridge that takes its name from the optical effect created by the water reflecting off the stone. It is one of the most beautiful<\/strong> natural pools in Spain. Its setting, in a rocky enclave with grassy areas and picnic spots, makes it an idyllic place to enjoy the summer during the camp.<\/p>\n

    It is a spectacle of nature, an almost magical place where campers can swim and enjoy jumping into the water and relaxing. This outing generates a great sense of group<\/strong> identity and friendship, with participants enjoying unforgettable moments.<\/p>\n

    We can therefore say that it is a challenge in itself and also a reward, since we do a route<\/strong> to get there beforehand. We also take the opportunity to complete the experience by doing VIVAC<\/strong> (sleeping with only a mat and sleeping bag). We usually do this with the older and middle groups, but in some years our youngest campers have also been up for it.<\/p>\n

    After a day of walking, sunshine and heat, several dips and cool water, campers and monitors have dinner<\/strong> and sleep<\/strong> under the clear, open sky of the Sierra de Gredos, where the stars<\/strong> shine in all their splendour.<\/p>\n

    This day is one of the most eagerly awaited<\/b> for everyone \u2014 not just at camp, but throughout the entire year. Pure values<\/strong> and connection<\/strong> \u2014 with nature, with oneself and with friends \u2014 on a very special<\/strong> summer night.<\/p>\n

    Routes and Camping at the Multiadventure in Nature Camp<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Mountain activities at a Multiadventure in Nature Camp are a must. Furthermore, they do not focus solely on sport, but also on the personal development<\/strong> of campers \u2014 both physically<\/strong> and mentally<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Walks, explorations and routes through the Sierra de Gredos reveal the natural beauty of the mountain region and offer valuable lessons<\/strong> about environmental<\/strong> conservation. Campers in the natural environment reflect on their experiences of the day, strengthen<\/strong> bonds of friendship and prepare for the adventures of the next day.<\/p>\n

    The setting<\/strong> and the journey<\/strong> are part of the experience. For this reason we place such importance on sleeping at a campsite<\/strong>, doing VIVAC, or walking to every place we possibly can. Without all of that, the camp would be very different and you would learn and experience only half as much.<\/p>\n

    Our conclusion is always that, by doing such simple and timeless activities in nature, you enjoy working as a team and being constantly surrounded by companions who encourage<\/strong> you to improve \u2014 thus enabling you to face your greatest personal goals and challenges<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    EXCURSION TO THE STARGAZING VIEWPOINT<\/strong><\/a><\/h4>\n

    Another excursion carried out exclusively<\/strong> with the older<\/strong> group is the route to the stargazing viewpoint, from where they can gaze at the starry sky during an overnight camping<\/strong> trip. The excursion to the viewpoint passes through the village of Navarredonda<\/strong> itself, which this group visits as one of the main settlements in the Sierra de Gredos regional park.<\/p>\n

    It is undoubtedly one of the excursions that the older campers and the monitors who experience it with them enjoy the most. What makes this route so special is that we see the incredible sunset<\/strong> and sleep there under the starry sky<\/strong>. It is one of those days where, simply by smelling the cool night air and hearing the summer cicadas, you are instantly transported<\/strong> back to those moments.<\/p>\n

    Campers who have attended since they were small and have grown up with us always look forward to being old enough to live this excursion.<\/p>\n

    The Yellow Humour Circuit<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Inspired by the famous television game show, the Yellow Humour Circuit is one of the most popular<\/strong> activities at all our camps<\/a>, and the Navarredonda Multiadventure in Nature summer camp is no exception. With hilarious obstacles and team challenges, it is the perfect way to foster camaraderie and, above all, have a great time.<\/p>\n

    Competitiveness<\/strong> comes to the fore as campers face tests of agility, balance and coordination, all in an atmosphere of laughter and fun.<\/p>\n

    This circuit is not only an opportunity to have a brilliant time, but also an excellent means of developing physical and teamwork skills, whilst enjoying some healthy<\/strong> competition. Young people learn to cheer each other on and offer mutual support, strengthening bonds and building unforgettable memories along the way. Campers love<\/strong> this activity, which is why it is a hit year after year.<\/p>\n

    Themed Activities \u2014 Theme Day<\/em>, Cluedo<\/em> and The Fair<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Staying in the facility for a day is no synonym for boredom<\/strong>. All programmes are also strategically designed so that days do not become repetitive or excessively tiring.<\/p>\n

    Furthermore, the days on which we have themed activities are generally days when the entire camp comes together.<\/p>\n

    Alongside the physical activities, the Navarredonda Multiadventure in Nature Camp stands out<\/strong> for its themed activities. Three in particular deserve mention:<\/p>\n

    THEME DAY<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    This consists of a full day \u2014 from the moment we wake up until we go to bed after the evening event (the night-time activity) \u2014 during which all the day’s activities are themed around a single concept<\/strong>, immersing campers in a completely new and different environment from the rest of the days.<\/p>\n

    In this way, children feel immersed in a new world where the day’s games transport them to another space. All these activities tend to be challenge<\/strong> and teamwork<\/strong> games, in which all campers come together<\/strong> to solve them.<\/p>\n

    CLUEDO<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Cluedo<\/strong> is another themed activity carried out at the camp, and it is also one of the most popular. The board game is brought to life.<\/p>\n

    The monitors become the suspects and campers must solve a mystery<\/strong> in real life, as true detectives. It is an activity we particularly enjoy doing during the evening event (after dinner and before bed), giving it the touch of mystery and darkness the game calls for.<\/p>\n

    THE FAIR<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    The camp is turned into a celebration<\/strong> in which the older campers, through a workshop, think up and create attractions and stalls to become fairground hosts, organising a fair for the younger campers throughout the facility \u2014 a day full of fun.<\/p>\n

    The older campers never cease to amaze us with their creativity<\/strong>, and the younger ones love spending time with them \u2014 looking up to them as role models<\/strong> and examples to follow.<\/p>\n
