Behind every summer camp there is a team of people who make it possible. Meet the activity leaders and coordinators of Natuaventura: more than 200 qualified professionals who have been accompanying children and young people on their best summers since 2003.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Our activity leaders are, without doubt, the cornerstone that best represents us and helps us to improve year on year. The sustained success since 2003 is not the result of chance or luck, but of carefully choosing the people who work with the children and investing in their ongoing training and motivation.<\/p>\n

We are convinced of the effectiveness of the holistic development of children and young people through recreational and sporting activities, and every day our team works to achieve that goal. Working with children requires a great deal of vocation, and we are committed to ensuring our team never loses its motivation or enthusiasm.<\/p>\n

Qualifications: the Leisure and Free Time Activity Leader certificate<\/h2>\n

One of the aspects that has helped us maintain our service standard is ongoing training. Natuaventura, in collaboration with the Escuela Oficial Respira ETL<\/strong>, provides those wishing to join the team with the opportunity to obtain the official Activity Leader in Leisure and Free Time certificate<\/strong>, recognised across the country.<\/p>\n

More than a certificate, it is a professional preparation to carry out the role of activity leader to the highest standard. It is one of the requirements for working in this sector and, for us, it is also a guarantee that every person working at our camps has the training and the attitude required.<\/p>\n
