A summer camp is one of the best-value educational investments of the year, but it does represent a significant outlay. That is why we offer the option to spread the payment in interest-free instalments, so that finances are never the reason your child stays at home.
How the instalment plan works
Initial deposit: when the enrolment is confirmed, a first payment is made to secure the place.
Interim instalments: the remaining amount is spread across payments distributed up until the camp start date.
Final settlement: the last instalment is paid before the start of the booked session.
No interest or extra charges
The Natuaventura instalment plan does not apply interest or surcharges. The total amount paid is exactly the same as if you paid in one go. It is a convenience, not a financial product.
How to request the instalment plan
At enrolment
Let the Natuaventura team know you would like to use the instalment plan when you formalise the enrolment.
Personalised schedule
A payment schedule is agreed that is tailored to your needs, within the camp timeframe.
Bank transfer or direct debit
Payments can be made by bank transfer or by the usual methods agreed with the organisation.
Cancellation policy with the instalment plan
The cancellation policy is the same as for full upfront payment:
- Up to 1 March: €20 in administrative fees.
- 1 March to 15 May: €100 in fees.
- From 15 May onwards: 100% of the amount paid.
- Optional cancellation insurance available to cover unforeseen circumstances.
Frequently asked questions about the instalment plan
How many instalments can I split it into?
The number of instalments is agreed with the organisation depending on the enrolment date and the camp session. The earlier you enrol, the greater the flexibility.
Are there any interest charges or surcharges?
No. The instalment plan is interest-free with no additional charges. The total price does not change.
What is the activity leader to participant ratio?
1 activity leader per 8 participants, in groups of a maximum of 40–50 campers organised by age.
How do calls and mobile phones work?
Mobiles are permitted but collected on arrival and returned for calls home every 3–4 days. In addition, the team publishes a daily diary on social media so families can follow the day-to-day activity.
How many meals are provided and what is the catering like?
Four meals a day (breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner), with an on-site kitchen, home-cooked food and menus adapted for allergies and intolerances.
Is pocket money needed?
We recommend between €20 and €30 per participant for occasional expenses (shops on excursions, souvenirs, etc.). The money is kept safe by the activity leaders.
