On our School Trip to Alicante, we stay at the Albergue Residencia Salesianos de Campello, ideal for groups looking for a space outside the city. It has its own kitchen, allowing it to offer tailored menus for any type of group. The facilities have countless open spaces. The beach is just 300 metres from the accommodation.

Note:
The programme can be customised by adding or removing activities. It may also be subject to modifications due to force majeure, although this would always be communicated in advance and any changes agreed with the client.
We have a support vehicle to travel to nearby health centres and hospitals, as well as an assistance service provided by our insurance, to respond to any emergency.
We work with a team that has one group leader for every 15 participants. We also have additional organisational staff, such as the coordinator and our direct contact with the Madrid office. The team of group leaders and the coordinator sleep at the accommodation and keep watch over the children around the clock.
On all our trips we ask you to provide a list of allergies and intolerances before departure so we can inform the facility’s kitchen team when preparing the menu. We choose accommodation with a balanced menu and, depending on the school’s request, we can provide 4 meals a day: breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner. If your child has any food allergy, don’t worry — they will have an adapted menu as similar as possible to what the other children are eating. If during the trip your child tells you they are not happy with the food, PLEASE LET US KNOW — it is a priority for us and if we are informed we will resolve it immediately.
There is no laundry service, but if a child runs out of clean clothes we will help them and wash whatever they need. In the packing list we ask for a variety of clothing to avoid this kind of situation.
If your child needs to take any medication, their room group leader, in collaboration with their teacher, will be responsible for keeping it safe and administering it at each dose time you have indicated. Children do not need to bring a first aid kit — if they need any other medicine, we will take care of obtaining it for them, after a visit to the doctor or after speaking with you if it is something minor.
Yes, it is an optional service. We provide transport from school and for travel to activities when required.
This decision is to be made by the school in question. On our part, we do not recommend it and it is not necessary for them to bring a mobile phone. You will also be able to contact us at any time on the emergency telephone. You will always be kept informed if there is any incident.
There are no extra costs, but we do recommend a small amount of pocket money so they can occasionally buy an ice cream, sweets or something similar on excursions.
It depends on the accommodation — rooms are normally triple or quadruple. Depending on what the school decides, teachers can organise the rooms or the children can do so themselves upon arrival.
