Note:
The programme can be customised by adding or removing activities. It may also be subject to changes due to force majeure, though we will always communicate these in advance and agree any changes with the client.
We have a support vehicle to take us to nearby health centres and hospitals, as well as an assistance service provided by our insurers to deal with any emergency.
We work with a team where there is one group leader per 15 participants. We also have additional organisational staff, such as the coordinator and our direct contact with the Madrid office. The team of group leaders and the coordinator sleep at the accommodation and keep watch over the children 24 hours a day.
On all our trips we ask for a list of allergies and intolerances before departure so that we can inform the kitchen team at the facility when preparing the menu. We choose accommodations with a balanced menu and, upon the school’s request, we can provide 4 meals a day including breakfast, lunch, a snack and dinner. If your child has any food allergy, don’t worry — they will have an adapted menu as similar as possible to what the other children are eating. If during the trip your child tells you they are not happy with the food, PLEASE LET US KNOW — it is a priority for us and once we know we will resolve it immediately.
There is no laundry service, but if a child runs out of clean clothes we will help them and wash whatever clothing they need. On the kit list we ask for varied clothing to avoid this kind of situation.
If your child needs to take any medication, their room’s group leader in collaboration with their teacher will be responsible for keeping it and giving it to them at each dose you have scheduled. Children do not need to bring a first-aid kit; if they need any other medicine we will take care of providing it, after a visit to the doctor or after speaking with you if it is something minor.
Each child must bring their health card. Trips include accident insurance, but we will use the card if a visit to the doctor is needed for a common illness.
Yes, it is an optional service. We offer transport from the school and for transfers to activities if necessary.
This decision should be made by the school in question. For our part, we do not recommend it and it is not necessary for them to bring a mobile phone. You will also be able to contact us at any time on the emergency number. You will always be informed if there is any incident.
There are no extra costs, but we do recommend a small amount of pocket money so they can occasionally buy an ice cream, sweets or similar during excursions.
It depends on the accommodation; rooms are normally triple or quadruple. Depending on what the school decides, teachers can organise the rooms or the children themselves can do so upon arrival.
