Frequently asked questions

We have a support vehicle to travel to nearby health centres and hospitals, as well as an assistance service provided by our insurance to respond to any emergency.

We work with a team that has one group leader per 15 participants. We also have additional coordination staff, such as the coordinator and our direct contact at the Madrid office. The group leader team and the coordinator sleep at the accommodation and are with the children 24 hours a day.

For all our trips we ask for a list of allergies and intolerances before departure so we can inform the kitchen team at the facility when they prepare the menu. We choose accommodation with balanced menus and, depending on the school’s request, we can provide 4 meals a day including breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner. If your child has any food allergy, don’t worry — they will have an adapted menu as similar as possible to what the other children are eating. If during the trip your child tells you they are not satisfied with the food, PLEASE LET US KNOW — it is a priority for us and once we know we will resolve it immediately.

There is no laundry service, but if a child runs out of clean clothes we will help and wash whatever clothing they need. In the packing list we ask for a variety of clothing to avoid this kind of situation.

If your child needs to take any medication, their room group leader, in collaboration with their teacher, will be responsible for keeping it and administering it at each scheduled dose as instructed by you. Children do not need to bring a first aid kit — if they need any other medicine we will take care of providing it, after a doctor’s visit or after speaking with you if it is something minor.

Each child must bring their health card. Trips include accident insurance but we will use the health card if a visit to the doctor is needed for a common illness.

Yes, it is an optional service. We provide transport from the school and for transfers to activities where necessary.

This decision should be made by the school in question. On our part, we do not recommend it and it is not necessary for them to bring a mobile phone. You will also be able to contact us at any time on the emergency phone line. You will always be kept informed of any incidents.

There are no extra costs, but we do recommend bringing a small amount of pocket money to occasionally buy an ice cream, sweets or similar on excursions.

It depends on the accommodation — rooms are usually triple or quadruple. Depending on what the school decides, either the teachers can organise the room allocation or the children can sort it themselves upon arrival.
