New Year, New Camp!

Happy New Year! All of us who make up the Natuaventura family want to wish you a year full of games, excursions, new friendships, and above all laughter — lots and lots of laughter. Without you, all the enthusiasm we put into each of our activities would be in vain, and so we want to thank you once again for being there and for counting on us in this new year.

We Are Already Working for You

Even though the time of year and the temperature right now do not quite evoke the summer months, at Natuaventura we start the year with our minds on the coming summer and on this year’s camps, which we hope to share with thousands of boys and girls once again. It is now that we begin to devise the games and evening activities that will bring us joy at the adventure camps, to seek out new routes for the mountain camps, and to plan new grand gymkhanas for the camps in Madrid.

It is now that we begin thinking about the teams who will join us this summer and seeking out native speakers for our English-language camps or qualified staff for our tech camps. In short, it is now that we set in motion everything that will help us improve once again so that the summer camps are the best we have ever experienced. In the same way, we are already thinking about how to improve the experience not only for the boys and girls who come to the camps, but also for their parents. How we can improve or simplify the booking process, how we can reward those who come back year after year or who are the first to reserve their place at summer camp, and how we can improve our communication during camp.

Camps Full of Energy

From today, we are dedicating part of our energy and our work to preparing the camps so that we arrive completely ready and our role there is simply to enjoy ourselves and help the children in our care do the same — more than a thousand of them last year, a number we aim to surpass this year. Already, we are in conversation with our friends at the surf camps in Cantabria, as well as with the providers of horse riding routes at the camps in the Sierra de Gredos and with the kayaking teams at the camps in the Sierra de Madrid.

We are also opening ourselves up to new experiences, as the monitor teams stay in touch throughout the year and new ideas and dreams are always emerging — ideas that very often turn into the best activities for the next camp. Because dreaming big is wonderful, and we are well aware that dreams sometimes come true. For us it is a dream to start thinking about summer already, and we do so with the biggest of smiles, looking forward to seeing you once again and sharing with you the best summer camp ever. Happy New Year! And even though there are six months to go… happy camping!
