Frequently asked questions about the activities

Are all activities included in the camp price?

Yes. Climbing, archery, zip-wire, Humor Amarillo, excursions to Parque Warner, Atazar Reservoir and the Río Sequillo natural swimming pools, workshops, games and evening entertainment are all part of the programme and included in the session price.

Which activities take place within the hostel itself?

Albergue Sierra Norte has its own climbing wall, zip-wire, archery zone, football pitch and stage. This means many technical activities take place without leaving the grounds.

How is safety ensured during technical activities?

Technical activities are run by qualified activity leaders in each discipline, using approved equipment and safety protocols. The ratio is 1 activity leader per 8 participants.

What should be brought for excursions?

For pool and Río Sequillo days: swimwear, towel and sun cream. For mountain hiking: comfortable sports footwear, cap and water. The organisation provides a complete packing list in the camp’s practical information.

What happens if it rains one day?

The programme includes indoor alternative activities planned for bad weather: workshops, indoor games and group activities. Excursions are rescheduled within the session so that no highlight activity is missed.
