Our Natuaventura Guide has a support vehicle available to go to nearby health centres and hospitals, as well as an assistance service provided by our insurers to respond to any emergency.

The entire group of children will be supervised 24 hours a day by their teachers, with the collaboration and assistance of our Natuaventura Guide.

On all our trips we ask for a list of allergies and intolerances before departure so we can inform the kitchen team at the venue when they prepare the menu. We choose accommodation with a balanced menu and, at the school’s request, we can arrange 4 meals a day: breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner. If your child has any food allergy, don’t worry — they will be provided with an adapted menu as similar as possible to what the other children are eating. If during the trip your child tells you they are not happy with the food, PLEASE LET US KNOW — it is a priority for us and if we are informed we will resolve it immediately.

There is no laundry service, but if a child runs out of clean clothes we will help them and wash whatever they need. In the packing list we ask for a varied set of clothing to avoid this kind of situation.

If your child needs to take any medication, their teacher will be responsible for keeping it and administering it at each dose you have specified. Children do not need to bring a first aid kit — if they need any other medicine, teachers will arrange this after a doctor’s visit or after speaking with you if it is something minor.

Each child must bring their health card. The trips include accident insurance, but we will use the health card if a visit to the doctor is needed for a common illness.

Yes, it is an optional service. We provide transport from the school and for getting to activities where necessary.

This decision should be made by the school in question. On our part we do not recommend it, nor is it necessary for children to bring a mobile phone. You will also be able to contact teachers at any time on the emergency phone number. You will always be kept informed of any incidents.

There are no extra costs, but we do recommend a small amount of pocket money so children can occasionally buy an ice cream, sweets or similar on excursions.

It depends on the accommodation — rooms are typically triple or quadruple occupancy. Depending on the school’s preference, teachers can decide how rooms are allocated, or the children themselves can choose upon arrival.
