At Natuaventura we will make every effort to attend the nearest health centres and hospitals, as well as providing an assistance service through our insurance to respond to any emergency.
They will be under the supervision of their teachers and with our direct contact with the Madrid office. Teachers sleep at the accommodation and keep watch over the children 24 hours a day.
On all our trips we ask for a list of allergies and intolerances before departure so we can inform the facility’s kitchen team when preparing the menu. We choose accommodation with a balanced menu and, upon the school’s request, we can arrange 4 meals a day including breakfast, lunch, an afternoon snack and dinner. If your child has any food allergy, don’t worry — they will have an adapted menu as similar as possible to what the other children are eating. If during the trip your child tells you they are not happy with the food, PLEASE LET US KNOW — it is a priority for us and we will resolve it immediately if we are made aware.
There is no laundry service, but if a child runs out of clean clothes we will help them and wash what they need. In the kit list we ask for a variety of clothing to avoid this kind of situation.
If your child needs to take any medication, their teacher will be responsible for keeping it and administering each dose as instructed by you. Children do not need to bring a first aid kit — if they need any other medicine, the teachers will arrange to provide it, either after a doctor’s visit or after speaking with you if it is something minor.
Each child must bring their health card. Trips include accident insurance, but we will use the health card if a child needs to see a doctor for a common illness.
Yes, it is an optional service. We provide transport from the school and for travel to activities where required.
This decision is up to the school in question. On our part, we do not recommend it and it is not necessary for children to bring a mobile phone. You will also be able to contact the teachers at any time on the number they provide. You will always be informed if there is any incident.
There are no extra costs, but we do recommend bringing a small amount of pocket money for the occasional purchase on excursions, such as an ice cream or sweets.
It depends on the accommodation, but rooms are usually triple or quadruple. Depending on what the school decides, teachers can organise the rooms or the children themselves can choose upon arrival.
