Frequently Asked Questions

Our Natuaventura Guide has a support vehicle available to travel to nearby health centres and hospitals, as well as an assistance service provided by our insurance, to respond to any emergency.

The entire group of children will be supervised 24 hours a day by their teachers, with the collaboration and assistance of our Natuaventura Guide.

For all our trips we ask for a list of allergies and intolerances prior to departure so we can inform the accommodation’s kitchen team when preparing the menu. We choose accommodation with a balanced menu and, at the school’s request, we can arrange 4 meals a day including breakfast, lunch, a snack and dinner. If your child has any food allergy, don’t worry — they will have an adapted menu as similar as possible to what the other children are eating. If during the trip your child tells you they are not happy with the food, PLEASE LET US KNOW — it is a priority for us and we will resolve it immediately if we are aware of it.

There is no laundry service, but if a child runs out of clean clothes we will help them and wash whatever they need. On the packing list we ask for a varied selection of clothing to avoid this type of situation.

If your child needs to take any medication, their teacher will be responsible for keeping it and giving it to them at each scheduled dose. Children do not need to bring a first-aid kit; if they need any other medicine, the teachers will arrange it after a visit to the doctor or after speaking with you if it is something minor.

Each child must bring their health card. Trips include accident insurance, but we will use the health card if a visit to the doctor is required for a common illness.

Yes, it is an optional service. We provide transport from school and for transfers to activities where necessary.

This decision must be made by the school in question. For our part, we do not recommend bringing a mobile phone and it is not necessary. You will also be able to contact the teachers at any time on the emergency phone. You will always be kept informed of any incident.

There are no extra expenses, but we do recommend bringing a small amount of pocket money to occasionally buy an ice cream, sweets or similar during excursions.

It depends on the accommodation; rooms are usually triple or quadruple. Depending on what the school decides, either the teachers can organise the room allocations or the children can sort it out themselves on arrival.
