Frequently asked questions

Our Natuaventura Guide has a support vehicle available to travel to nearby health centres and hospitals, as well as an assistance service provided by our insurance policies to respond to any emergency.

The entire group of children will be supervised 24 hours a day by their teachers, with the collaboration and assistance of our Natuaventura Guide.

For all our trips we ask for a list of allergies and intolerances before departure to pass on to the kitchen team at the accommodation when preparing the menu. We choose accommodation with a balanced menu and, at the school’s request, we can provide 4 meals a day: breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner. If your child has any food allergy, don’t worry — they will have an adapted menu as similar as possible to what the other children are eating. If during the trip your child tells you they are not happy with the food, PLEASE LET US KNOW — it is a priority for us and if we are informed we will resolve it immediately.

There is no laundry service, but if a child runs out of clean clothes we will help and wash whatever they need. On the kit list we ask for a variety of clothing to avoid this kind of situation.

If your child needs to take any medication, their teacher will be responsible for keeping it and administering it at each dose you have specified. Children do not need to bring a first aid kit; if they need any other medicine the teachers will arrange this after a visit to the doctor, or after speaking with you if it is something minor.

Each child must bring their health card. Trips include accident insurance, but we will use the health card if a visit to the doctor is needed for a common illness.

Yes, it is an optional service. We provide transport from the school and for transfers to activities where required.

This decision should be made by the school in question. For our part, we do not recommend it, and it is not necessary to bring a mobile phone. You will also be able to reach the teachers at any time on the emergency phone number. You will always be kept informed if there is any incident.

There are no extra costs, but we do recommend a small amount of pocket money for the occasional purchase during excursions — an ice cream, sweets or similar.

It depends on the accommodation; rooms are normally triple or quadruple. Depending on what the school decides, either the teachers can organise the room arrangements or the children can sort it out themselves upon arrival.
