Frequently asked questions

Our Natuaventura Guide has a support vehicle to reach nearby health centres and hospitals, as well as an assistance service provided by our insurance, to respond to any emergency.

The entire group of children will be supervised 24 hours a day by their teachers, with the collaboration and assistance of our Natuaventura Guide.

For all our trips, we ask for a list of allergies and intolerances prior to departure so we can inform the kitchen team at the facility when preparing the menu. We choose accommodations with balanced menus and, depending on the school’s request, can provide up to 4 meals a day: breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner. If your child has any food allergy, don’t worry — they will have an adapted menu as similar as possible to what the other children are eating. If during the trip your child tells you they are not happy with the food, PLEASE LET US KNOW. It is a priority for us and we will resolve it immediately once we are aware.

There is no laundry service, but if a child runs out of clean clothes, we will help them and wash whatever they need. In the packing list, we ask for a variety of clothing to avoid this kind of situation.

If your child needs to take any medication, their teacher will be responsible for keeping it and administering it at each dose as instructed by you. Children do not need to bring a first aid kit — if they need any other medicine, teachers will take care of providing it, after a medical visit or after speaking with you if it is something minor.

Each child must bring their health card. Trips include accident insurance, but we will use the health card if a visit to the doctor is needed for a common illness.

Yes, it is an optional service. We provide transport from the school and for transfers to activities when necessary.

This decision should be made by the school. On our part, we do not recommend it, nor is it necessary for children to bring a mobile phone. You will also be able to contact the teachers at any time via the emergency phone. You will always be kept informed of any incident.

There are no extra costs, but we do recommend a small amount of pocket money for the occasional purchase on excursions — an ice cream, sweets, or similar.

It depends on the accommodation — rooms are usually triple or quadruple. Depending on what the school decides, teachers can organise the room arrangements or the children can do so themselves upon arrival.
