Frequently asked questions

Our Natuaventura Guide has a support vehicle to travel to nearby health centres and hospitals, as well as an assistance service provided by our insurers to respond to any emergency.

The entire group of children will be supervised 24 hours a day by their teachers, with the collaboration and assistance of our Natuaventura Guide.

For all our trips, we ask for a list of allergies and intolerances before departure so we can inform the venue’s catering team when they prepare the menu. We select accommodation with a balanced menu and, depending on the school’s request, we can provide 4 meals a day including breakfast, lunch, an afternoon snack and dinner. If your child has any food allergy, don’t worry — they will receive an adapted menu as similar as possible to what the other children are eating. If during the trip your child tells you they are not happy with the food, PLEASE LET US KNOW — it is a priority for us and we will resolve it immediately.

There is no laundry service, but if a child runs out of clean clothes we will help and wash whatever they need. On the packing list we ask for a variety of clothing to avoid these situations.

If your child needs to take any medication, their teacher will be responsible for keeping it and administering it at each dose you have specified. Children do not need to bring a first-aid kit; if they need any other medicine, their teachers will take care of providing it, after a visit to the doctor or after speaking with you if it is something minor.

Each child must bring their health card. The trips include accident insurance, but we will use the health card in the event of a visit to the doctor for a common illness.

Yes, it is an optional service. We provide transport from the school and for travel to activities where necessary.

This decision should be made by the school in question. For our part, we do not recommend it, nor is it necessary for them to bring a mobile phone. You will also be able to contact the teachers at any time on the emergency phone number. You will always be informed of any incident.

There are no extra costs, but we do recommend a small amount of pocket money so they can occasionally buy an ice cream, sweets or something similar during excursions.

It depends on the accommodation, but rooms are usually triple or quadruple occupancy. Depending on what the school decides, either the teachers can organise the room allocation or the children can do so themselves upon arrival.
