Frequently asked questions

Our Natuaventura Guide has a support vehicle to travel to nearby health centres and hospitals, along with an assistance service provided by our insurance to respond to any emergency.

The entire group of children will be supervised 24 hours a day by their teachers, with the support and assistance of our Natuaventura Guide.

On all our trips we ask for a list of allergies and intolerances before departure so we can inform the catering team when preparing menus. We choose accommodation with balanced menus and, depending on the school’s request, we can provide 4 meals a day including breakfast, lunch, a snack and dinner. If your child has any food allergy, don’t worry – they will receive an adapted menu as similar as possible to what the other children are eating. If during the trip your child tells you they are not happy with the food, PLEASE LET US KNOW – it is a priority for us and we will resolve it immediately if we are informed.

There is no laundry service, but if a child runs out of clean clothes we will help and wash whatever they need. In the packing list we ask for a variety of clothing to avoid this kind of situation.

If your child needs to take any medication, their teacher will be responsible for keeping it and administering it at each scheduled dose. Children do not need to bring a first-aid kit; if they need any other medicine, their teachers will arrange this after a visit to the doctor, or after speaking with you if it is something minor.

Each child must bring their health card. The trips include accident insurance, but we will use the health card if a visit to the doctor is needed for a common illness.

Yes, it is an optional service. We provide transport from the school and for travel to activities when necessary.

This decision is up to the school in question. We personally do not recommend it, nor is it necessary to bring a mobile phone. You will also be able to contact the teachers at any time via the emergency phone number. You will always be informed of any incidents.

There are no extra charges, but we do recommend bringing a small amount of pocket money for occasional purchases during excursions, such as an ice cream, sweets or similar.

It depends on the accommodation, but rooms are typically triple or quadruple. Depending on the school’s decision, either the teachers or the children themselves can decide room arrangements upon arrival.
