Frequently asked questions

Our Natuaventura Guide has a support vehicle to travel to nearby health centres and hospitals, along with an assistance service provided by our insurance, to respond to any emergency.

The entire group of children will be supervised 24 hours a day by their teachers, with the collaboration and assistance of our Natuaventura Guide.

For all our trips we ask for a list of allergies and intolerances before departure to pass on to the kitchen team at the facility when preparing the menu. We choose accommodation with balanced menus and, depending on the school’s request, we can arrange 4 meals a day including breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner. If your child has any food allergy, don’t worry – they will have an adapted menu as similar as possible to what the other children will be eating. If during the trip your child tells you they are not happy with the food, PLEASE LET US KNOW – it is a priority for us and once we are aware we will resolve it immediately.

There is no laundry service, but if a child runs out of clean clothes we will help them and wash whatever they need. On the kit list we ask for a variety of clothing to avoid this kind of situation.

If your child needs to take any medication, their teacher will be responsible for keeping it and administering it at each scheduled dose. Children do not need to bring a first-aid kit; if they need any other medication, the teachers will provide it after a visit to the doctor or after speaking with you if it is something minor.

Each child must bring their health card. Trips include accident insurance, but we will use the health card if a visit to the doctor is required for a common illness.

Yes, it is an optional service. We provide transport from the school and for travel to activities where required.

This decision is up to the school in question. On our part, we do not recommend it nor is it necessary to bring a mobile phone. You will also be able to contact the teachers at any time on the emergency phone number. You will always be informed of any incident.

There are no extra expenses, but we do recommend a small amount of pocket money so children can occasionally buy an ice cream, sweets or something similar on excursions.

It depends on the accommodation, but rooms are normally triple or quadruple. Depending on what the school decides, the teachers can organise the rooms or the children can do so themselves upon arrival.
