Frequently asked questions

Our Natuaventura Guide has a support vehicle available to travel to nearby health centres and hospitals, as well as an assistance service provided by our insurers to respond to any emergency.

The entire group of children will be supervised 24 hours a day by their teachers, with the collaboration and support of our Natuaventura Guide.

For all our trips we request a list of allergies and intolerances before departure so we can inform the kitchen team at the venue when preparing the menu. We choose accommodation with a balanced menu and, according to the school’s request, we can provide 4 meals a day including breakfast, lunch, an afternoon snack and dinner. If your child has any food allergy, don’t worry — they will have an adapted menu as similar as possible to what the other children are eating. If during the trip your child tells you they are not happy with the food, PLEASE LET US KNOW — this is a priority for us and if we are informed we will resolve it immediately.

There is no laundry service, but if a child runs out of clean clothes we will help them and wash whatever they need. In the packing list we ask for a variety of clothing to avoid this kind of situation.

If your child needs to take any medication, their teacher will be responsible for keeping it and administering it at each dose you have instructed us on. Children do not need to bring a first aid kit; if they need any other medicine, the teachers will take care of providing it after a visit to the doctor or after speaking with you if it is something minor.

Each child must bring their health insurance card. Trips include accident insurance, but we will use the card if a visit to the doctor is needed for a common illness.

Yes, it is an optional service. We provide transport from the school and for transfers to activities when needed.

This decision is up to the school in question. On our part, we do not recommend it and it is not necessary for them to bring a mobile phone. You will also be able to contact the teachers at any time on the emergency phone number. You will always be kept informed of any incidents.

There are no extra expenses, but we do recommend a small amount of pocket money so they can occasionally buy an ice cream, sweets or something similar on excursions.

This depends on the accommodation — rooms are usually triple or quadruple. Depending on what the school decides, the teachers may organise the room assignments or the children themselves may choose upon arrival.
