Multi-adventure camp at Finca Daroca.

Our team from the Barco de Ávila and Piedralaves camps is moving this summer to Finca Daroca, a spectacular setting in the mountains of Alicante where nature and adventure go hand in hand. With a long track record of organising camps, we have chosen this location for its spectacular facilities and privileged position, ideal for days full of fun and excitement in the open air.

During the month of July, participants aged between 7 and 17 years old will be able to immerse themselves in an unforgettable experience, with two sessions available: 2 to 14 and 17 to 29. Divided into age groups and accompanied by specialist counsellors, they will enjoy a dynamic and safe environment.

Every day will be packed with activities designed to foster adventure, teamwork and personal growth. Among the highlights are a beach day, natural pools, zip line, climbing, yellow humour gymkhana, kayaking and archery, not to mention the big games, night-time gatherings and many surprises that will make every day different.

Frequently asked questions

We have nearby health centres, as well as an assistance service provided by our insurance, to respond to any emergency.

We work with a team of one counsellor per 8 participants. We also have additional organisational staff, such as the camp coordinator and other support personnel. The team of counsellors and the coordinator live on site and keep watch over the children 24 hours a day.

At all our camps we have a kitchen team on site. We prepare a balanced menu adapted to each day’s activities. We always serve 4 meals a day: breakfast, lunch, an afternoon snack and dinner. If your child has any food allergy, don’t worry — they will have an adapted menu as similar as possible to what the other children eat. If during the camp your child tells you they are not happy with the food, PLEASE LET US KNOW — it is a priority for us and once we know we will resolve it immediately.

There is no laundry service, but if a child runs out of clean clothes we will help them and wash whatever they need. In the kit list we ask for a varied selection of clothing to cover every day of camp.

If your child needs to take any medication, their cabin/room counsellor will keep it and give it to them at each dose you have indicated to us. Children do not need to bring a first aid kit; if they need any other medicine we will arrange it after a doctor’s visit or after speaking with you if it is something minor.

Each child must bring their health card / a photocopy, which we will collect on arrival at camp. The camp includes accident insurance, but we will use the card if we need to visit the doctor for a common illness.

Yes, it is an optional service. We offer transport from Madrid and Las Rozas.

Yes, they can bring a mobile phone, but they will not have it on them day to day. We will give them the phone so they can call home every 3–4 days. These calls can be made with their own phone or with phones we will provide for that purpose. It is not necessary for them to bring a mobile phone. You can also contact us at any time on the emergency number. You will always be informed if there is any incident.

The camp is all-inclusive, but they can bring a small amount of pocket money to buy a soft drink or snacks on excursions.

Every day campers have some free time to enjoy the camp in their own way and spend time with their friends. They will have this time after lunch and before dinner. During this time the counsellors remain attentive and we offer optional activities such as sports games.

We have rooms with 6 to 8 places. We organise the rooms by talking with the children themselves on the first day after running games so they get to know each other. We manage it so they are with other campers of similar ages and can be with their friends if they came together. If they don’t know anyone, don’t worry — we take care of it. The rooms are not mixed; boys and girls sleep separately.

We do not have a scheduled parents’ day at the camp, but if you wish to visit your child please get in touch with us. At the end of camp, the child can be collected by their father or mother, or by a person designated by you and authorised in writing before pick-up.
